SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) specifies that the coffee is grown at altitudes above 1350 meters. This term is also synonymous with SHG (Strictly High Grown). EP (European Preparation) specifies that green beans are all hand and color sorted to remove any defects or foreign materials.
